After attending this program co-sponsored by MHAI, Hopeful Beginnings Inner Peace Psychological Care each participant will be able to:

  • Identify the risks and warning signs of postpartum depression in mothers or fathers

  • Outline effective treatment options and coping strategies

  • Describe how to access support services
